"Nicole has been an inspiration and guiding light who completely understood my struggle. She has shared so many life changing simple tips to help both me and my daughter get on a new pathway and learn to celebrate our strengths and work on our weaknesses, a pathway that has given me back hope that we will not only survive, we can thrive in life."

- Lisa

”I recently spoke with my child's psychologist who suggested that they be tested for ADHD. This is something completely new to me. I immediately thought of Nicole. Her knowledge and openness on the subject made her a trusted source to go to.
In one call, she was able to explain more about ADHD, how it presents in both adults and children, and the process from finding a good health professional through to treatment. Her explanations are very clear and reassuring, and she has given me the confidence to be able to help my child without judgement."

Let go of guilt and shame and learn to love your brain.
Meet our Founder

Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, Nicole discovered a lack of information aimed at adults diagnosed with ADHD, Autism and other neurodiversities. Most information was aimed at parents, around how to deal with their children, and much of this information was outdated, or not based on the lived experience of neurodiverse adults.

With over 20 years' experience in Psychology Education, Nicole took her understanding of neurology and behavioural science and decided to use it to help other Neurodivergent adults and families.

With qualifications including a BA (Psychology), Grad Dip Ed (Secondary) and having completed courses in counselling, online learning and training, as well as years of life experience, Nicole is uniquely placed to assist you to understand your diagnosis and how to work with your brain, rather than against it.
